The Palisades Center is becoming a destination for entertainment. Along with longtime venues such as Dave & Busters, Game Show Room, 5 Wits, Color Me Mine and more, new options continue to open.
In October, it was announced that ClimbZone, a family-friendly rock wall climbing center, would open in the space once occupied by the mall’s carousel.
Two new entertainment options will soon join it: Slime World and Jellio World.

Slime World
Slime World is a “craft studio” that allows kids to make their own slime.
“At Slime World, we know there is nothing that children love more than some messy fun, and we happen to be the pros,” Sandeep Shah, owner of Slime World, said. “Our mission is to bring smiles to kids while engaging their creative minds.”
The facility is designed so kids can make a mess while having fun making slime. Kids can choose the slimes color, “toppings,” and even scent.
Full experiences, which are 30 minutes long, allows children to make two different slimes with three “toppings.” Express experiences, 20 minute long experiences, allow for one slime creation. Kids also have access to the facility’s slime pool and photo booth. For full pricing details check out the Slime World website. Slime World is also available for children’s birthday parties. Walk-ins are also welcome.
The first Slime World location is in Freehold, New Jersey.
The Palisades Center’s Slime World location will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The facility is located next to Build-A-Bear Workshop on the shopping center’s third level.
A grand opening for the Palisades Center location will take place on Dec. 21 at 4 p.m. To learn more about Slime World, check out slimeworldusa.com.
Jellio World
Jellio World, a “selfie funhouse,” is set to open this winter on the Palisades Center’s third level.
The funhouse will feature 20 rooms and walls each with their own unique designs including a room with giant gummy bears, another with a giant birthday cake, a bath themed room with a large rubber ducky and much more.
“It’s a collection of interactive environments inspired by childhood memories and imagination,” co-owners of Jellio World Eric Winston and Dawid Bociek, said in a release. “We combine art and creativity with universal childhood experiences to create a playful and nostalgic setting for all ages.”
The facility has ring lights to help with lighting and each ticket is for one hour in the space.
Jellio World will be available for private events, including parties and private photo shoots. Be sure to check out jellioworld.com for more information and updates.
